There is a proposed project in Texas, in the planning stages, that would have an adverse negative impact on our West Coast ports. The Bush Administration is involved in the secret development of the "NAFTA SuperHighway" from Mexico City up through Texas all the way into Canada. This project has the backing of the North American Free Trade Union.
Seed money to study this project is included the the FY 2008-09 Federal Budget
Completion of this project would seriously cripple the West Coast port operations, perhaps shutting them down over time.
There have been attempts over the last thirty years by Asian nations to bypass the West Coast ports, because they think that the port fees at the Port of Los Angeles/Long Beach are too high. There was an attempt in the late 1970s to expand the port in Ensenada, MX.
It would cause commercial ships to bypass our ports & enter ports in Mexico, instead of Los Angeles, Long Beach, and the Bay Area.China would reap the monies from sensoring devices along the route. Spain would reap the monies from terminal fees along the route. The US would pay for the cost of the development of the route within Canada, and Mexico.

Little do a lot of people know is that Bush already signed a deal with Canada and Mexico without Congress oversight. The deal will merge the three countries just like what happened in Europe with the European Union. They are already building the super highway that is like four footbal fields wide and it starts in Mexico throught Texas and all the way to Canada. What that will do is kill all American Constitutional rights because you cant impose American law on foreign countries so the will scrap our law and come up with some new shit. Look at what's going in this country. Our dollar is falling and our economy is crap. Soon as it fall low enough the world bankers will step in and Save us with a new currency, The Amero.
