I once had a bumper sticker that said:"We are not Human Beings having a Spiritual experience but Spiritual Beings having a Human experience"We spend our whole lives trying to figure out why we are truly in these bodies and what our purpose is ...... I feel we WILL NEVER find the answer until after our bodies' death so why waste all the energy in trying to figure it out and in the meantime driving ourselves crazy?? AND another thing that gets me is organized religions --- how can people let other people tell them what's good for their soul??? .... when the truth comes from within!!! God is NOT some Being sitting up in the heavens taking notes on who goes to church every Sunday or tallies all our sins! He is not a "HE" at all! God is that part of each of us that is our conscience. God is another name for all of us as one collective being --- a lattice work us all intertwined within each others cells ..... don't you feel that deep inside?If we all could just live CARINGLY, HAPPILY, HEALTHILY, not worry about why we ARE here, collectively raise our vibrations, then the veil will be lifted for all to see that each and every one of us is a SPECIAL PERSON and SPECIAL PART OF THE WHOLE!

Unfortunately, most people are too ignorant or too blind to understand the distinctions between religion and spirituality. If you say you're not religious, they automatically equate you to being non-Christian or atheist or pagan. They don't and refuse to understand that religion is a man-made concept with man's rules on spirituality. Religion is not the pure worship of god, but a formulaic ritual of how we are to believe, how we are to worship, how we are to pray, how we are to live, how we are to communicate with god. Spirituality is just directly connecting with the divine without pretense or ulterior motives, unlike religion which is more of a reward/punishment type of system. Yet, people (sheep) would rather believe in that than believe that we are all entitled to an "afterlife" by living right.
