Volcanoes Galore!

In addition to the "oil volcano" under the Gulf of Mexico, there are more eruptions happening globally simultaneously. All of them have major consequences.

In Guatemala, a large volcano has closed the major airport in Guatemala City and covered major roads in and out of the capital. This could spread to other countries in Central America.

In Ecuador, a large volcano is erupting and closing airports in that country. All flights between Lima and Quito have been suspended. This could also spread to involved other airline routes in South America.

The Katla Volcano in Iceland is also rumbling. If that explodes, there will be major consequences globally. Most flights between Europe and everywhere else would cease. This would last a long time.
